Air Quality Monitoring

The co-bot station automates the critical process of filter weighing and data collection for PM10 and PM2.5 air monitoring, in full compliance with UNI EN 12341. Every step is managed through a dedicated software application, seamlessly synchronized with the scale and LIMS platform.

An average of 96 filter cycle runs in ~ 4h 40 min, processing up to 2000 filters per month.

TSS Monitoring

The co-bot station efficiently manages the workflow for batches of blank and sampled filters used in monitoring Total Suspended Solids (TSS) in water and wastewater. The system performs drying, conditioning and weighing cycles, allowing, with full capacity, the processing of 300 filters every 8 hours.
The system controls:

 • Hood temperature and humidity 
 • Oven thermal ramp 
 • Conditioning time 
 • Filter identification and code printing 
 •  Number of weights required for your method 
 •  Data collection, processing and analysis 
 • Full software control with LIMS compatibility
Average cycle: 300 filters every 8 hours.

Hybrid station
REDshift developed a dual-application co-bot capable of handling both atmospheric particulate and water quality analysis in one compact, modular system. The robot arm dynamically switches between protocols for air (PM10/PM2.5) and water (TSS), adjusting weighing modes.

This multi-method flexibility makes it ideal for integrated monitoring programs or compact laboratories managing diverse sample types.
